Arriving & parking

What are check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is at 3:00 PM, check-out at 11:00 AM. Arriving early or leaving late? Call ahead and we’ll do our best.

Is parking available? What does it cost?

Yes — on-site guest parking is available first-come, first-served for a small nightly fee. The fee is waived entirely when you book directly with the inn (this site or the phone). Street parking is also available nearby.

Is there a deposit?

A US$200 damage deposit is collected by credit card at arrival and refunded within 7 days of check-out, assuming the room comes back the way it went out.

Reservations

What is the cancellation policy?

Standard reservations can be cancelled up to 48 hours before arrival (by 3 PM). A small number of high-demand dates carry a 14-day cancellation policy — these are noted at booking.

Booked through Booking.com, Expedia, or another third-party site? Changes and cancellations have to go through that site — it’s one of the reasons we suggest booking direct.

How do I change or cancel a direct reservation?

Email info@canneryrowinn.com with your booking number, or call (831) 649-8580. One message sorts it.

Can I make a reservation without a credit card?

No — a major credit card is required to guarantee any reservation.

Can someone else pay for my room?

Yes — contact the front desk for payment instructions and a secure payment link for the cardholder.

What about group reservations?

For multiple rooms, contact us directly with your dates and room count and we’ll put together a custom quote.

How do I know my reservation is confirmed?

You’ll see a confirmation page with your booking number immediately after booking, and a confirmation email follows.

Rooms & guests

Do children stay free? Are cribs or extra beds available?

One child 12 or under stays free using existing beds. Rates are otherwise based on total room occupancy, regardless of age. We’re unable to provide cribs or rollaway beds — if you need more sleeping space, a second room is the answer.

Are pets allowed?

For the comfort of all our guests, the inn keeps a strict no-pet policy. ADA-defined service animals are always welcome — please let the front desk know when you arrive. Emotional support and comfort animals are not permitted.

A non-refundable deep-cleaning fee applies if pet dander or odor is found in a room.

Is smoking allowed anywhere?

No — this is a 100% non-smoking property, inside and out. A cleaning fee applies if smoke is detected in a room.

Do you have accessible rooms?

Yes — our Queen Accessible rooms include an accessible path of travel around the room and bed, stability bars in the bathroom, and a closed-captioning TV. Call us and we’ll make sure the room fits your needs before you book.

How do I make a special request?

Add it in the “Special Requests” box when booking, then follow up by phone or email so we can confirm it directly.

All squared away?

Then all that’s left is the dates.
